really good location great bus connections lovely view helpful staff
The location rocks. It's super easy to walk all over. bus connections are also great. Getting to s'arenal or the estacion intermodal is simple. i loved the rooftop. The view is really special. the staff were pretty good. They're definitely working hard for every guest.
The room needed a bit more attention during daily cleaning. Sometimes towels weren't replaced properly.

Satisfactory stay near the Cathedral

The location was VERY convenient for exploring the city center. The cathedral was just a short walk away. I found MANY restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The rooftop terrace offered great views of the city.
The room I had was smaller THAN I expected. There was NO elevator in the building where my room was located. (carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge). The window in my room faced a small, enclosed patio, so THERE WAS little natural light.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location in the city center. The rooftop terrace offers UNBELIEVABLE views of the cathedral. Staff members are friendly and accommodating (I really appreciated their help). I used the option to store luggage after checkout and accessed a shower before my flight.
My room lacked natural light because it faced an internal wall of the building.

The breakfast included a variety of fresh fruit and several choices of breads. There was also ham and cheese available. Guests can also take breakfast to the rooftop terrace. The option to dine with a view is a plus.

The staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. They assisted me with directions and suggestions for local attractions. Their friendliness added to the overall positive experience.

My room was well-equipped with a mini fridge and a safe. A double bed and a separate single room were available. It was surprising how quiet it was at night, despite the nearby bars.
